New HubSpot Home
Get to the right data and actions faster
The updated HubSpot Home page helps you navigate faster to what really matters. This personalized home page is designed to make your daily work more efficient, so you can focus directly on your ongoing tasks, important notifications and smart recommendations.
Whether you're a marketer or work with workflows every day - this hub is your new command center in HubSpot.
How it works.
Click on the Home icon at the top of the global navigation bar (under the cogwheel). You'll see there:
- Pick up where you left off: shortcuts to your unfinished work such as emails, forms or workflows
- Needs your attention: approvals, comments or errors that need your attention
- Recommended for you: smart, data-driven suggestions about what to do or use best
- Feedback: give input to make your homepage even better
Important points of attention
The content on the Home is dynamic and tailored to your behavior and role within the platform. The goal: fewer clicks, more value.
Availability
This update is in Private Beta for marketers within all tiers.
Update 2:
Set up Brand Voice
with just one URL
Let HubSpot derive your tone of voice automatically.
Setting your brand tone gets even easier. Instead of manually uploading text, you can now simply enter your website URL. HubSpot automatically analyzes the content and generates a suggestion for your tone of voice.
Super convenient for content teams who want to communicate consistently without first documenting an entire writing style.
How it works.
While setting up your Brand Voice, you add a website URL. HubSpot scans that page and retrieves relevant text to determine your brand's tone, style and personality.
Note that if your website blocks crawling, this method won't work. In that case, you can still manually upload or paste a text snippet.
Important points to note
This method complements existing options (such as manual input or sample texts) - ideal if you already have strong content on your website.
Availability
This update is available for Content Hub Professional and Content Hub Enterprise.
Update 3:
Train your Customer Agent with PDF, TXT and HTML files.
More flexibility in training your AI Assistant
Training your Customer Agent gets a lot easier: you can now directly use PDF, TXT and HTML files as knowledge sources. As a result, you are no longer dependent on website content or your knowledge base and can use internal documentation directly.
For support teams, this means a faster and more flexible way to make valuable content available for AI support.
How it works.
Adding files works easily through the Customer Agent section:
- Navigate to Breeze > Customer Agent
- Go to the Contenttab
- Click on Add Content > Files
- Select a file from your File Manager or upload a new file directly
- The file will be automatically synchronized and added to your Customer Agent knowledge base
Important points of attention
Files are automatically scanned and added to the AI. Make sure that the content is clear and structured so that the AI can interpret it correctly.
Availability
This update is available to Service Hub Professional and Service Hub Enterprise users .

Update 4:
Use colors for
properties in your CRM
Visual labels for faster interpretation
You can now assign colors to property options in HubSpot. Think of statuses, types or categories - these are given a visual label in the form of colored dots, badges or tags.
This allows you to see at a glance where your focus should be -
ideal for teams who work a lot with lists or records and want to be able to take action faster.
How does it work
Navigate to:
Settings > Properties > Edit > Field type > Option display mode
- Single value: choose from a colored dot or badge
- Multi value: choose a colored tag with text
Practical uses:
- Give a 'status' property visual urgency (e.g.,
- ).
- red = blocker)
- Color code lead types or deal types to quickly recognize context
Important points to note
- This feature is not available for pipeline stages (such as deal stages or lifecycle stages)
- Sync properties do not take over colors
- Tip: use color as a functional accent, not as decoration - avoid fairground 🎡
Availability
This update is available for all Hubs and all tiers.
Update 5:
Clean up Buyer Intent with 'company exclusions'
Target the right leads - and exclude irrelevant companies
Buyer Intent is part of Breeze Intelligence, HubSpot's AI-driven toolset for commercial insights. If you have access to Breeze Intelligence, Buyer Intent allows you to work more precisely based on buying intent.
Within Buyer Intent, you can now exclude up to 100 companies from your overview. Think partners, competitors or your own organization.
This way you only keep relevant intent data and avoid distractions or wasting credits.
A great step towards more targeted B2B lead qualification and a powerful alternative to tools like Leadinfo.
How does it work?
There are two ways to exclude companies:

One-click exclusion
Directly from the Companies tab or a company's info panel -
Domain-based exclusion
Add domains in the new exclusions tab in the Buyer Intent configuration
What can you do with it?
- Exclude your own company from reports (duh)
- Remove partners, competitors or irrelevant sectors
- Prevent bad fits from automatically ending up in your Smart CRM, lists or workflows
Important points to note
This functionality also works for companies that are not (yet) in your CRM.
Less distractions, more focus.
Availability: This update is available for users with Breeze Intelligence Credits (Small, Medium & Large)
Update 6:
'Current stage' calculations for deals
More control over deal progress in your pipeline
HubSpot introduces two new default properties for deals: Date entered current stage and Time in current stage. These give you insight into how long a deal has been at a specific stage. A powerful addition for sales teams looking to optimize their pipeline and spot stagnation early.
The result? More control, shorter lead times and better performing sales funnels.
How does it work?
As soon as a deal changes stages in your pipeline, these properties are automatically updated.
You can use them to:
- Gain insight into how long a deal has been in a phase
- Trigger workflows (e.g. send a reminder if a
- deal
- is inactive for >5 days)
- Create reports based on these properties
- Make information visible on Kanban cards
- Feed calculated properties with time data
Important points to note
These properties are visible on every deal record and can also be viewed historically.
They are fully deployable in automation and reporting.
Availability: This update is available for users of Professional Customer Platform, Enterprise Customer Platform, Marketing Pro, Marketing Enterprise, Ops Pro, Ops Enterprise, Sales Pro, Sales Enterprise.
Update 7:
Customize Deal insights to your KPIs
Your pipeline, your metrics
The data well on the Deals index page has been fairly static until now. But every company looks at performance differently.
That is why you can now decide which metrics you want to show in your deal overview.
A valuable addition for sales teams who want to steer faster on what really matters.
How does it work?
- Go to a Deal view that you own
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner
- In the customization modal you can remove existing metrics or add your own KPIs
Note: only the owner of the view or a super admin can change this.
Important points of attention
With this update you only see the data that is relevant to your role or team.
Less distraction, more focus.
Availability: This update is available for Sales Hub Professional and Sales Hub Enterprise.
