The Prospecting Workspace has been significantly upgraded and HubSpot is launching the Sales Workspace: an all-in-one platform that supports sales professionals in both generating pipelines and closing deals - all conveniently in one place!

Update 2: Use Breeze Copilot during live calls for real-time responses

With this new feature, you have the power of Breeze Copilot readily available during live conversations. With one click, your sales and service staff can turn on Breeze and get real-time answers to their questions.

Why is it important?
Breeze Copilot is an advanced AI chat assistant that helps you perform tasks in HubSpot more efficiently. Whereas sales and service reps could previously use Breeze to gather insights about previous conversations, this update allows you to use Breeze during live calls. This takes calling to the next level and streamlines workflows.

How it works.
During an active call, click the "Copilot" button in the call widget or call panel. Breeze opens and provides a brief summary of the call so far. You can then ask relevant questions, with Breeze using the context of the ongoing conversation to provide answers.

For example, try the following prompts:

  • "Write notes for this conversation so far."
  • "Help me set up a follow-up email for this call."
  • "Does the caller have any open tickets or deals?"

Update 3: Undo action for property edits

The experience of editing properties on the property list cards in the middle column of a record page has been improved.From now on, a savestatus will appear in the bottom left corner of your screen, including an 'undo' action.Previously, you had to manually press the orange button to save changes. Now changes are saved automatically and you can easily undo the most recent change with one click on 'undo' .

Why is it important?
This enhancement lets users see when a property change has been saved and allows them to easily undo data entry errors. This saves time and avoids frustration with incorrect entries.

How it works.
When you edit a property via a property map, a new status component appears on the screen. Here you can click directly on the 'undo' button to undo the last change.

What does this mean for you?
With this update, you work more accurately and faster. No more worries about small mistakes; with one click you can easily correct them. This makes for a smoother and more user-friendly experience within HubSpot.

Update 4: Campaign data available in the Custom Report Builder

You can now create custom campaign reports in HubSpot's Custom Report Builder, thanks to a new data source called "Campaigns.

With this new functionality, you can take your campaign reports and dashboards to the next level. It becomes easier to measure and report the success of individual or multiple 'Campaigns'.

This specific data source for Campaigns combines:

  • Standard and custom campaign metadata,
  • The 'influenced contacts' event, and.
  • Data from linked objects and assets.

This complex data structure allows you to answer important questions about the effectiveness of your campaigns, such as:

  • How do influenced contacts move through my lifecycle stages?
  • How many contacts and/or businesses were influenced per campaign?
  • What is my total campaign coverage vs. campaign budget?
  • Which campaign generates the most page views?
  • Which campaign uses the greatest diversity of channels (asset types)?
  • Which asset or asset type generates the most influenced contacts within certain campaigns?
  • And much more.

Update 5: Link tickets and invoices

As of now, it is possible to link Tickets and Invoices together in HubSpot.

Why is it important?
This feature allows you to easily track and report which invoices were generated from tickets. In addition, you can quickly see which tickets are linked to a specific invoice. This provides more visibility and a more efficient way of working.

How does it work?

  • From a Ticket:
    On the Ticket record page, go to the sidebar and scroll to the "Invoices" section. Click the "Add" button to create a new invoice or add an existing invoice.

  • In the Help Desk sidebar:
    When viewing a Ticket, linked invoices are displayed in the sidebar.

  • From an Invoice:
    From the Invoices index page, you can see all linked tickets in the preview bar of an invoice. Tickets can be added here by clicking "Add" in the "Tickets" section.

What does this mean for you?
With this new linking capability, you can switch between invoices and tickets faster, providing more transparency and a better workflow. Whether you're creating reports or handling specific customer inquiries, you'll have all the information right at your fingertips.

Update 6: Planned publications for Podcasts

Available for: Professional Customer Platform, Enterprise Customer Platform, Content Pro, Content Enterprise

From now on, you can schedule and automate your podcast episodes with Scheduled Publishing. It lets you easily set specific dates and times for publishing your episodes.

Why is it important?
Consistency is crucial to building a loyal audience. By scheduling episodes, you can ensure that your content always goes live at the right times. Plus, you can strategically align podcast publications with campaigns to generate maximum engagement. No more ad hoc publications, but a solid content strategy.
